Roundup of SYF&HWS: Cooking with Spices -Cinnamon

Hello friends,

Here I am with the roundup of one more lovely event "SYF&HWS : Cooking with spices "Cinnamon", an event originally concieved by my lovely friend Anu from Anuz Healthy Kitchen

It has been such a pleasure hosting this event as the recipe range is so versatile and there is something to please everyone in the crowd.

I have listed the recipes in the order that I recieved them. Drool over them as I did looking at the pics..:))

The first recipe is from my lovely friend Kirthi of Kirthi's Kitchen. Being a new mom doesn't stop her from posting lovely recipes.I don't know how she manages her time but she is doing a wonderful job. She sent this recipe on the day1 when I announced the event -  Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.

This awesome Tomato Kurma is from Tamilarasi of Tamilsasikitchen . She is new to blogging but you have to see her recipes to believe her skill in cooking mouth-watering dishes..:))

Peppermint RiceGhee Rice,  Chettinad Chicken Masala, Raisin Pilaf, from Suman Arthy oozes of flavour and aroma.. Yummy blog with delectable delicacies..

My most favourite dish "Chicken Kuzhambu-Chettinad style " from Divya made my day..:) Just looking at the pictures made my tummy rumble..

Mutton Kulambu from Divya Pramil makes anyone go hungry... Awesome blog with authentic non-vegetarian dishes from Tamil Nadu..:))

Jagruti from Tumeric Kitchen has sent a lovely Cheese-y tricks marinated grilled matar paneer ... new to blogging but I must say she is very good at juggling her busy life between her PhD and maintaining her blog which features dishes from Odia Cuisine..

Ramya from "Hot from my Oven" has sent Moist Apple Cake topped with Pumpkin Seeds for us to relish. The cake appears so soft and moist ... a delightful treat.

Pari from Paricaskitchen has sent Coffee with Twist , Spiced Rice , Italian style sweet bread loaf - a complete meal ... I love the coffee recipe which perfectly compliments the sweat bread..:))

Faiza from En Iniyaillam is one lovely blogger that I admire very much. Not only she is a great cook but also a seperate for jewellery making and spiritual aspirations. Currently hosting an event " Party Snacks" is sure to set any party alight. She has sent spicy Chicken 65 Gravy

A lovely bread recipe from Denny from "Oh Taste and See" called  Branana Bread   loaded with ingredients that is sure healthy and tasty too.

Root Vegetable Tagine and Spiced Mango Oatmeal , two dishes from opposite ends of the food spectrum that is sure to set your taste buds tingling with lovely flavours..:))

Soumya from Nivedhanam has sent is protein packed delicious Sprouts Pulao perfect for kids lunch boxes. Couple of events happening in her blog "Healthy food for Healthy Kids" and "Taste of the Tropics" which shows how actively she is involved in blogging and trying new recipes...:))

Rashida from "Inherited Recipes" has sent a yummy scrummy drink to quench your thirst .."Cinnamon Hot Chocolate" ...Who would say to a steam hot cuppa..:))
Sheelu from "Cook Cook and Cook" has sent this all time favourite Chole ... Every state and every house hold has a different way of making this dish and this is one yummy way of making it..:))

Jaleela Banu is one of my favourite blogger ever... her blog [Samayal Attakasangal] is one space that I stop by almost every day to check out her recipes.. Do check it out. Perfect way to end a meal is with tea, not with any ordinary tea but with Cinnamon Honey Tea ..soothing and delicious..

I thanks all you lovely people for extending your support for making this event a success.. I enjoyed every moment of hosting this event... Thankyou Anu for letting me host your event...:))

Enjoy...
